Subject: [Goodwood Marathon] Grand total for 2007


Well it's been a struggle to close down Goodwood this year, just when we think
everything is closed down someone pops up with more money.  We aren't
complaining though, we smashed last years totals both on money raised and
attendance which is fantastic! :-)


== Grand Total ==
We are very happy to announce that Goodwood Roller Marathon 2007 successfully
raised a whopping £3,381.50 for the NSPCC!!  Wonderfully, due to your
sponsorship forms the NSPCC should be able to claim Gift Aid on every penny,
including this and other charities makes a grand total of £4,861.10 raised for
Charity!!

Firstly a big thank you to those of you that came to our event this year and
helped make it what it is.  A huge thank you to both Skate Magazine and A3
T-shirts for their great support and of course to all the Camberley Skaters
that helped organised this event.

2007 isn't even close to being over yet and your already sending us messages
asking for next years date!  Don't stop though, it's great to hear that your
looking forward to it already.  Now that this years event if fully closed down
we'll get right on it and get a date out for you as soon as we can.  Just like
all aspects of our event, if you have a strong view on when it should be then
please let us know.
