Subject: [Goodwood Marathon] Have you registered yet?


Online Registration closes on the 26th July 2007 - Don't miss your
chance to grab our pre event prices!

As our event draws closer we wanted to remind you of a few key dates:

Due to the processing time required we are no longer accepting postal
registration or cheque payments however you will still be able to
register online until Thu 26 Jul 07 by browsing to
http://www.goodwoodmarathon.co.uk/register.cgi

The last day to pay by BACS bank transfer is Fri 20 Jul 07.

The last day to pay online by Credit Card / PayPal (you do not need a
paypal account) is Thu 26 Jul 07.

After the 26th July 2007 only registration on the day will be available.
Please be advise we can only take cash on the day.

Please remember that if you do not pay your registration fee beforehand
the price you pay on the day will be the 'on the day' price for the race
you have entered not the price you registered at.

Also we would like to announce that this year there will be an awards
ceremony with trophies for the first three racers in each race as well
as category.  Of course we also have medals for all participants.

The Goodwood Roller Marathon really is a fun day out.  We have all levels
of skaters there from the elite speed skaters to the complete novice.  This
mix of people makes a great atmosphere.  The course is a fairly flat route
around a lovely smooth track with the excitement of skating in a safe
environment away from traffic around the prestigious Goodwood circuit.
This year we have 3 events in one, one for beginners and younger participants
of 2 laps, one for the intermediate skater of 5 laps, and then the full
marathon, so the whole family of different abilities can take part.  We
aren't even restricting the event to just skates we have long-borders and
Nordic skiers taking part.

Goodwood Roller Marathon is run in aid of the NSPCC.  The aim of the day is
to have fun, skate safely ,and raise money for the NSPCC as possible.
